Introduction:Phl p 12.0101 a profilin, is a minor grass pollen allergen which is involved in cytoskeleton mobility by interactingwith actin filaments. It is well recognized that IgE bindingcan cause immune cross–reactivity with profilins of plant–derived foods and pollen profilin.
Description:Recombinant PhI p 12 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 15,607 Dalton. PhI p 12 is expressed with a 10xHis tag at N–terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation:PhI p 12 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH–7.9 and 6M Urea.
