CAV VP2 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Pro449 & Met1-Val216, with a C-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Dual specificity protein phosphatase VP2 is a ~24 kDa protein. May act as a scaffold protein in virion assembly. For research use only.
