Description
dGTP solution for PCR
dGTP (100 mM) is a high-purity single-nucleotide solution for PCR, sequencing, labelling and other molecular biology reactions that require individual deoxynucleotides.
Supplied at 100 mM (100 mmol/L) as a sodium salt solution (pH 7.0–9.0), it lets you combine dNTPs at any concentration your reaction requires. Purity is >99% by HPLC, and the solution is free from PCR, qPCR and reverse transcription inhibitors. Applications include PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or general DNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing and DNA labelling. For research use only.

- Prepare dNTPs
- Combine with other dNTPs or use separately at the concentrations your amplification reaction requires.
- Add to the reaction
- 50 μl standard PCR: use 0.1 μl.
- 20 μl standard RT reaction: use 0.1 μl.
Q1: How much dGTP should I add to a reaction?
- Use 0.1 μl in a 50 μl standard PCR and 0.1 μl in a 20 μl standard reverse transcription reaction.
Q2: What is the formulation?
- A 100 mM sodium salt solution at pH 7.0–9.0, with >99% purity by HPLC.
