Description
dTTP solution for PCR
dTTP (100 mM) is a high-purity, single-nucleotide solution for PCR, sequencing, labelling and other molecular biology reactions that require individual deoxynucleotides.
Purity is >99% by HPLC, and the product is free from qPCR, PCR and reverse transcription inhibitors. Applications include PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or general DNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing and DNA labelling. For research use only.

Storage
Store at -30 ~ -15°C.
- Prepare the dNTPs
- Combine with other individual dNTPs, or prepare separately, at the concentrations your amplification requires.
- Add to the reaction
- 50 μl standard PCR: use 0.1 μl.
- 20 μl standard RT reaction: use 0.1 μl.
Q1: How much dTTP should I add to a reaction?
- The recommended amount is 0.1 μl for a 50 μl standard PCR and 0.1 μl for a 20 μl standard RT reaction.
Q2: What is the formulation of the product?
- A 100 mM sodium salt solution at pH 7.0–9.0, with >99% purity by HPLC.
Q3: How should I use dTTP alongside dUTP?
- When dUTP is used in PCR, use it at 1–3 times the concentration of dTTP. Increasing the MgCl2 concentration slightly can give better amplification.
