Eurestobart Antibody is a research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibody targeting CD39. It is a human IgG1-kappa antibody. Reactivity: Human. Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS pH 7.4. Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, functional assays and in vivo research. Endotoxin: < 10 EU/mg. Purity: >95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. For research use only.
Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 (CD39/ENTPD1) is a ~57 kDa protein. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleoside triphosphates (NTPs) and diphosphates (NDPs) (Probable). The enzyme sequentially removes phosphate groups in two successive steps, converting NTPs to nucleoside monophosphates (NMPs) via NDP intermediates (Probable). This activity contributes to the regulation of extracellular levels of nucleotides (Probable). By hydrolyzing proinflammatory ATP and platelet-activating ADP to AMP, it blocks platelet aggregation and supports blood flow.
