Flanvotumab Antibody is a research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibody targeting 5. It is a human IgG1-kappa antibody. Reactivity: Human. Supplied as a liquid in 0.01M PBS pH 7.4. Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, functional assays and in vivo research. Endotoxin: < 10 EU/mg. Purity: >95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE. For research use only.
5,6-dihydroxyindole-2-carboxylic acid oxidase (TYRP1) is a ~60 kDa protein. Plays a role in melanin biosynthesis. Catalyzes the oxidation of 5,6-dihydroxyindole-2-carboxylic acid (DHICA) into indole-5,6-quinone-2-carboxylic acid in the presence of bound Cu(2+) ions, but not in the presence of Zn(2+). May regulate or influence the type of melanin synthesized. Also to a lower extent, capable of hydroxylating tyrosine and producing melanin.
