Human ARHGAP1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Leu439, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 52.60 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Rho GTPase-activating protein 1 is a ~50 kDa protein. GTPase activator for the Rho, Rac and Cdc42 proteins, converting them to the putatively inactive GDP-bound state. For research use only.
Cdc42 seems to be the preferred substrate.
