Description
Human ARHGAP10 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human ARHGAP10 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Asp392-Thr576, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 23.23 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Rho GTPase-activating protein 10 (ARHGAP10) is a ~89 kDa protein. GTPase-activating protein that catalyzes the conversion of active GTP-bound Rho GTPases to their inactive GDP-bound form, thus suppressing various Rho GTPase-mediated cellular processes. For research use only.
Also converts Cdc42 to an inactive GDP-bound state. Essential for PTKB2 regulation of cytoskeletal organization via Rho family GTPases. Inhibits PAK2 proteolytic fragment PAK-2p34 kinase activity and changes its localization from the nucleus to the perinuclear region. Stabilizes PAK-2p34 thereby increasing stimulation of cell death.
