Human ARHGDIB Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Asn66-Glu201, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 17.92 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Rho GDP-dissociation inhibitor 2 (ARHGDIB) is a ~22 kDa protein. Regulates the GDP/GTP exchange reaction of the Rho proteins by inhibiting the dissociation of GDP from them, and the subsequent binding of GTP to them. For research use only.
Regulates reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton mediated by Rho family members.
