Human ARL4D Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ala21-Arg201, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 22.25 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 4D is a ~22 kDa protein. Small GTP-binding protein which cycles between an inactive GDP-bound and an active GTP-bound form, and the rate of cycling is regulated by guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEF) and GTPase-activating proteins (GAP).
