Human ATM ELISA Kit

The protein made by ATM is a member of the PI3/PI4-kinase family. This enzyme is a cell cycle checkpoint kinase that phosphorylates. p53 and BRCA1, checkpoint kinase CHK2, checkpoint proteins RAD17 and RAD9, and DNA repair protein NBS1 are some of the many downstream proteins that it regulates. ATR and the protein it regulates are essential for cell cycle checkpoint signaling pathways, which are crucial for cellular response to DNA damage and genome stability. Ataxia telangiectasia is an autosomal dominant condition caused by mutations in ATM. ATM is linked to several other diseases, including Ataxia-Telangiectasia and Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Glioblastoma Signaling Pathways and Regulation of TP53 Activity are two pathways that are related to ATM.
