Human BROX Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly26-Phe332, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. BRO1 domain-containing protein BROX is a ~46 kDa protein. Nuclear envelope-associated factor that is involved in the nuclear envelope ruptures during interphase (NERDI) repair, where it is locally recruited by CHMP5 and reduces cytoskeletal stress through its action on SYN2 to help reseal the ruptured membrane.
