Human CAML1 / CD171 ELISA Kit

CAML1/CD171 is an axonal glycoprotein that belongs to the immunoglobulin supergene family. The ectodomain, which consists of several immunoglobulin-like domains and fibronectin-like repeats (type III), is connected to a conserved cytoplasmic domain by a single transmembrane sequence. This cell adhesion molecule is involved in nervous system development, such as neuronal migration and differentiation. X-linked neurological syndromes known as CRASH are caused by mutations in the gene (corpus callosum hypoplasia, retardation, aphasia, spastic paraplegia and hydrocephalus). Masa Syndrome and Corpus Callosum, Partial Agenesis Of, X-Linked are two diseases linked to L1CAM. VEGF Pathway (Qiagen) and NF-kappaB Signaling are related pathways.
