Biological Activity:
TAB-004 (30 min) specifically binds to human tMUC1-expressing MMT murine breast cancer cells, with no detectable binding to tMUC1-negative PyMT murine breast cancer cells [1]. TAB-004 (3 ng/ml) potently and specifically binds to the MUC1 peptide with detectable binding at 20 pM in a cell-free ELISA [2]. TAB-004 specifically detects human MUC1 in human and murine pancreatic cancer cell lines (KCM, BxPC3.MUC1, HPAF-II) via Western blot, with no cross-reactivity to murine MUC1 in KCKO cells [2].
