Description
Human CD300A Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CD300A Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Leu18-Pro180, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.95 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. CMRF35-like molecule 8 is a ~33 kDa protein. Inhibitory receptor which may contribute to the down-regulation of cytolytic activity in natural killer (NK) cells, and to the down-regulation of mast cell degranulation. For research use only.
Negatively regulates the Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling mediated by MYD88 but not TRIF through activation of PTPN6.
