Description
Human CD370/CLEC9A Recombinant Protein (C-His)
Human CD370/CLEC9A Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys57-Val241, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 24.38 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. C-type lectin domain family 9 member A (CD370/CLEC9A) is a ~27 kDa protein. Functions as an endocytic receptor on a small subset of myeloid cells specialized for the uptake and processing of material from dead cells. For research use only.
Recognizes filamentous form of actin in association with particular actin-binding domains of cytoskeletal proteins, including spectrin, exposed when cell membranes are damaged, and mediate the cross-presentation of dead-cell associated antigens in a Syk-dependent manner.
