Human CD70 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CD70 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Gln39-Pro193, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 23.17 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. CD70 antigen is a ~21 kDa protein. Expressed at the plasma membrane of B cells, it is the ligand of the CD27 receptor which is specifically expressed at the surface of T cells. For research use only.
The CD70-CD27 signaling pathway mediates antigen-specific T cell activation and expansion which in turn provides immune surveillance of B cells.
