Description
Human CDK10 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CDK10 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Pro360, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 43.20 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Cyclin-dependent kinase 10 is a ~41 kDa protein. Cyclin-dependent kinase that phosphorylates the transcription factor ETS2 (in vitro) and positively controls its proteasomal degradation (in cells). For research use only.
Involved in the regulation of actin cytoskeleton organization through the phosphorylation of actin dynamics regulators such as PKN2. Is a negative regulator of ciliogenesis through phosphorylation of PKN2 and promotion of RhoA signaling.
