Description
Human CHD3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CHD3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Cys382-Phe573, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 24.37 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler CHD3 is a ~226 kDa protein. ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling factor that binds and distorts nucleosomal DNA. For research use only.
Acts as a component of the histone deacetylase NuRD complex which participates in the remodeling of chromatin. Involved in transcriptional repression as part of the NuRD complex. Required for anchoring centrosomal pericentrin in both interphase and mitosis, for spindle organization and centrosome integrity.
