Description
Human CORO1A Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CORO1A Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Arg7-Glu204, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 23.65 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Coronin-1A (CORO1A) is a ~51 kDa protein. May be a crucial component of the cytoskeleton of highly motile cells, functioning both in the invagination of large pieces of plasma membrane, as well as in forming protrusions of the plasma membrane involved in cell locomotion. For research use only.
In mycobacteria-infected cells, its retention on the phagosomal membrane prevents fusion between phagosomes and lysosomes.
