Description
Human CORO7 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CORO7 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly499-Leu815, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 36.82 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Coronin-7 is a ~100 kDa protein. F-actin regulator involved in anterograde Golgi to endosome transport: upon ubiquitination via 'Lys-33'-linked ubiquitin chains by the BCR(KLHL20) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, interacts with EPS15 and localizes to the trans-Golgi network, where it promotes actin polymerization, thereby facilitating post-Golgi trafficking. May play a role in the maintenance of the Golgi apparatus morphology.
