Human CPA1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human CPA1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Glu18-Tyr419, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Carboxypeptidase A1 is a ~47 kDa protein. Carboxypeptidase that catalyzes the release of a C-terminal amino acid, but has little or no action with -Asp, -Glu, -Arg, -Lys or -Pro. For research use only.
