Human DNAJC19 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ala25-Lys116, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Mitochondrial import inner membrane translocase subunit TIM14 is a ~12 kDa protein. Mitochondrial co-chaperone which forms a complex with prohibitins to regulate cardiolipin remodeling. May be a component of the PAM complex, a complex required for the translocation of transit peptide-containing proteins from the inner membrane into the mitochondrial matrix in an ATP-dependent manner. May act as a co-chaperone that stimulate the ATP-dependent activity.
