Human DRG2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Lys364, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Developmentally-regulated GTP-binding protein 2 is a ~40 kDa protein. Catalyzes the conversion of GTP to GDP through hydrolysis of the gamma-phosphate bond in GTP. For research use only.
When hydroxylated at C-3 of 'Lys-21' by JMJD7, may bind to RNA and play a role in translation.
