Description
Human DUSP14 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human DUSP14 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly25-Ile198, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 21.92 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Dual specificity protein phosphatase 14 (DUSP14) is a ~22 kDa protein. Involved in the inactivation of MAP kinases. For research use only.
Dephosphorylates ERK, JNK and p38 MAP-kinases. Plays a negative role in TCR signaling by dephosphorylating MAP3K7 adapter TAB1 leading to its inactivation.
