Human DUSP4 / MKP2 ELISA Kit

DUSP4/MKP2 is a protein that belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. They suppress the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase superfamily (MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, and p38), which are involved in cell proliferation and differentiation. Different members of the dual specificity phosphatase family have different substrate specificities for different MAP kinases, different tissue distribution and subcellular localization, and different modes of extracellular stimuli inducibility. DUSP4/MKP2 inactivates ERK1, ERK2, and JNK, is found in the nucleus, and is expressed in a variety of tissues. Multiple polyadenylation sites have also been discovered. Ogden Syndrome and Immunodeficiency 13 are two diseases linked to DUSP4. RET signalling and Activated TLR4 signalling are pathways that are related to DUSP4/MKP2.
