Human EEF1D Recombinant Protein (N-His-SUMO & C-Strep)
Human EEF1D Recombinant Protein (N-His-SUMO & C-Strep) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys195-Ile281, with an N-terminal His-SUMO tag and a C-terminal Strep tag. Predicted molecular weight: 23.36 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Elongation factor 1-delta (EEF1D) is a ~31 kDa protein. EF-1-beta and EF-1-delta stimulate the exchange of GDP bound to EF-1-alpha to GTP, regenerating EF-1-alpha for another round of transfer of aminoacyl-tRNAs to the ribosome. For research use only.
