Human EFTUD2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Thr661-Met972, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. 116 kDa U5 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein component is a ~109 kDa protein. Required for pre-mRNA splicing as component of the spliceosome, including pre-catalytic, catalytic and post-catalytic spliceosomal complexes. For research use only.
