Human ELAC2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ile483-Thr688, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 24.84 kDa. Involved in tRNA maturation, by removing a 3'-trailer from precursor tRNA. Associates with mitochondrial DNA complexes at the nucleoids to initiate RNA processing and ribosome assembly.
