Human ERC1 Recombinant Protein (N-GST & C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys1003-Ser1116, with an N-terminal GST tag and a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 41.15 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Probably recruits IkappaBalpha/NFKBIA to the complex. May be involved in the organization of the cytomatrix at the nerve terminals active zone (CAZ) which regulates neurotransmitter release. May be involved in vesicle trafficking at the CAZ. May be involved in Rab-6 regulated endosomes to Golgi transport.
