Human ERF Recombinant Protein (C-His)
Human ERF Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Pro117, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 15.24 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. ETS domain-containing transcription factor ERF is a ~58 kDa protein. Potent transcriptional repressor that binds to the H1 element of the Ets2 promoter. For research use only.
May regulate other genes involved in cellular proliferation. Required for extraembryonic ectoderm differentiation, ectoplacental cone cavity closure, and chorioallantoic attachment. May be important for regulating trophoblast stem cell differentiation.
