Human FYB1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ile510-Ser580&Ala675-Asn766, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. FYN-binding protein 1 is a ~85 kDa protein. Acts as an adapter protein of the FYN and LCP2 signaling cascades in T-cells. For research use only.
May play a role in linking T-cell signaling to remodeling of the actin cytoskeleton. Modulates the expression of IL2. Involved in platelet activation. Prevents the degradation of SKAP1 and SKAP2.
