Human GNB3 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human GNB3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met45-Asn340, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(T) subunit beta-3 is a ~37 kDa protein. Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems. For research use only.
The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction.
