Human HARS1 Recombinant Protein (N-GST) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Cys509, with an N-terminal GST tag. Predicted molecular weight: 84.23 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Histidine--tRNA ligase, cytoplasmic is a ~57 kDa protein. Catalyzes the ATP-dependent ligation of histidine to the 3'-end of its cognate tRNA, via the formation of an aminoacyl-adenylate intermediate (His-AMP). For research use only.
