Human HGF Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human HGF Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Tyr28-Val209, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 23.27 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a ~83 kDa protein. Potent mitogen for mature parenchymal hepatocyte cells, seems to be a hepatotrophic factor, and acts as a growth factor for a broad spectrum of tissues and cell types. For research use only.
