Description
Human IL1F10 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human IL1F10 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Trp152, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.11 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Interleukin-1 family member 10 is a ~16 kDa protein. Cytokine with immunomodulatory activity. For research use only.
Alone, does not induce cytokine production, but reduces IL22 and IL17A production by T-cells in response to heat-killed Candida albicans. Reduces IL36G-induced production of IL8 by peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Increases IL6 production by dendritic cells stimulated by bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS). Ligand for IL-36R/IL1RL2.
