Description
Human IL22RA2 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human IL22RA2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Thr22-Pro263, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 30.54 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Interleukin-22 receptor subunit alpha-2 (IL22RA2) is a ~30 kDa protein. Isoform 2 is a receptor for IL22. For research use only.
Binds to IL22, prevents interaction with the functional IL-22R complex and blocks the activity of IL22 (in vitro). May play an important role as an IL22 antagonist in the regulation of inflammatory responses.
