Human ITPKB Recombinant Protein (N-His)

Human ITPKB Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Gly678-Ala946, with an N-terminal His tag. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Inositol-trisphosphate 3-kinase B is a ~102 kDa protein. Catalyzes the phosphorylation of 1D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (InsP3) into 1D-myo-inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate and participates to the regulation of calcium homeostasis.
