Human KRT1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Glu370-Glu489, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 16.13 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Keratin, type II cytoskeletal 1 (KRT1) is a ~66 kDa protein. May regulate the activity of kinases such as PKC and SRC via binding to integrin beta-1 (ITB1) and the receptor of activated protein C kinase 1 (RACK1). For research use only.
