Human LAMP3 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Ser222-Cys376, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 19.57 kDa. Lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 3 is a ~44 kDa protein. Plays a role in the process of fusion of the lysosome with the autophagosome, thereby modulating the autophagic process. Promotes hepatocellular lipogenesis through activation of the PI3K/Akt pathway. May also play a role in dendritic cell function and in adaptive immunity.
