Description
Human LAT2 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human LAT2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Arg30-Arg203, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 21.76 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Linker for activation of T-cells family member 2 (LAT2) is a ~26 kDa protein. Involved in FCER1 (high affinity immunoglobulin epsilon receptor)-mediated signaling in mast cells. For research use only.
May also be involved in BCR (B-cell antigen receptor)-mediated signaling in B-cells and FCGR1 (high affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I)-mediated signaling in myeloid cells. Couples activation of these receptors and their associated kinases with distal intracellular events through the recruitment of GRB2.
