Description
Human LRR1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human LRR1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Lys135-Gly303, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 21.80 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Leucine-rich repeat protein 1 (LRR1) is a ~46 kDa protein. Substrate recognition subunit of an ECS (Elongin BC-CUL2/5-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. For research use only.
ECS(LRR1) ubiquitinates MCM7 and promotes CMG replisome disassembly by VCP and chromatin extraction during S-phase. May negatively regulate the 4-1BB-mediated signaling cascades which result in the activation of NK-kappaB and JNK1.
