Human LTA Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human LTA Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Leu35-Leu205, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 20.95 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Lymphotoxin-alpha (LTA/TNF-beta) is a ~22 kDa protein. Cytokine that in its homotrimeric form binds to TNFRSF1A/TNFR1, TNFRSF1B/TNFBR and TNFRSF14/HVEM. For research use only.
In its heterotrimeric form with LTB binds to TNFRSF3/LTBR. Lymphotoxin is produced by lymphocytes and is cytotoxic for a wide range of tumor cells in vitro and in vivo.
