Description
Human MACROD2 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human MACROD2 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Val242, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 29.47 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. ADP-ribose glycohydrolase MACROD2 is a ~47 kDa protein. Removes ADP-ribose from aspartate and glutamate residues in proteins bearing a single ADP-ribose moiety. For research use only.
Inactive towards proteins bearing poly-ADP-ribose. Deacetylates O-acetyl-ADP ribose, a signaling molecule generated by the deacetylation of acetylated lysine residues in histones and other proteins.
