Description
Human MAP3K13 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human MAP3K13 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Trp161-Pro418, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 31.28 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 13 (MAP3K13) is a ~108 kDa protein. Activates the JUN N-terminal pathway through activation of the MAP kinase kinase MAP2K7. For research use only.
Acts synergistically with PRDX3 to regulate the activation of NF-kappa-B in the cytosol. This activation is kinase-dependent and involves activating the IKK complex, the IKBKB-containing complex that phosphorylates inhibitors of NF-kappa-B.
