Human MCL1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Arg6-Ile328, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 36.87 kDa. Induced myeloid leukemia cell differentiation protein Mcl-1 (MCL1) is a ~37 kDa protein. Mediates its effects by interactions with a number of other regulators of apoptosis. Isoform 1 inhibits apoptosis. Isoform 2 promotes apoptosis.
