Description
Human MTUS1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human MTUS1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1031-Arg1270, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 29.89 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Microtubule-associated tumor suppressor 1 (MTUS1) is a ~141 kDa protein. Cooperates with AGTR2 to inhibit ERK2 activation and cell proliferation. For research use only.
May be required for AGTR2 cell surface expression. Together with PTPN6, induces UBE2V2 expression upon angiotensin-II stimulation. Isoform 1 inhibits breast cancer cell proliferation, delays the progression of mitosis by prolonging metaphase and reduces tumor growth.
