Description
Human MYSM1 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human MYSM1 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Asp557-Met828, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 33.35 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Deubiquitinase MYSM1 is a ~95 kDa protein. Metalloprotease with deubiquitinase activity that plays important regulator roles in hematopoietic stem cell function, blood cell production and immune response. For research use only.
Participates in the normal programming of B-cell responses to antigen after the maturation process. Within the cytoplasm, plays critical roles in the repression of innate immunity and autoimmunity. Removes 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitins from TRAF3 and TRAF6 complexes. Attenuates NOD2-mediated inflammation and tissue injury by promoting 'Lys-63'-linked deubiquitination of RIPK2 component.
