Description
Human NAT10 Recombinant Protein (N-His)
Human NAT10 Recombinant Protein (N-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in E. coli, spanning Met1-Asp202, with an N-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 25.52 kDa. Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. RNA cytidine acetyltransferase is a ~115 kDa protein. RNA cytidine acetyltransferase that catalyzes the formation of N(4)-acetylcytidine (ac4C) modification on mRNAs, 18S rRNA and tRNAs. For research use only.
Catalyzes ac4C modification of a broad range of mRNAs, enhancing mRNA stability and translation. mRNA ac4C modification is frequently present within wobble cytidine sites and promotes translation efficiency. Mediates the formation of ac4C at position 1842 in 18S rRNA. May also catalyze the formation of ac4C at position 1337 in 18S rRNA.
