Human NECTIN4/PVRL4 Recombinant Protein (C-His) is a recombinant protein expressed in mammalian cells, spanning Met1-Ser349, with a C-terminal His tag. Predicted molecular weight: 38.40 kDa. Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1 mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol. Applications: ELISA, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Nectin-4 (NECTIN4/PVRL4) is a ~55 kDa protein. Seems to be involved in cell adhesion through trans-homophilic and -heterophilic interactions, the latter including specifically interactions with NECTIN1. For research use only.
Does not act as receptor for alpha-herpesvirus entry into cells. NECTIN4 is the therapeutic target of enfortumab vedotin (Padcev).
